Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
